These are custom made 3D printed air deflectors. This product is currently patent pending. This is the 2.0 version of this item. This 3D print is a Snap-On to the existing plastic housing (fairing). No tools or drilling needed for installation. This air deflector set was designed to support maximum airflow output off of the radiator as well as protect the rider from the heat the radiator gives off all while still maintaining that beautiful curved design of the Tiger look. The material is ASA plastic that matches the same plastic that the bike fairing is made of. This material is specifically made to be UV resistant while still being heat tolerant. ASA plastic is made so it can be outside and withstand outside elements. This is available in a full set where both the left and right side are included or sold as individual sides.
