This is a puffy (Hollow) heart charm. THIS IS AN EXTRA PUFFY HEART CHARM. The design is a small heart with an arrow through it in the center. There is also a border of swirls. If there are white or dark spots on my photos, it is camera flash or reflection of background unless noted otherwise, not an imperfection. This charm is marked Sterling on the back. There is no engraving on the back of this heart charm. The charm is in good condition, with no dings or dents. The heart charm measures approximately 5/8" across in size.
