The Navajo Indians have traded and worn turquoise beads for centuries. The turquoise stone was a powerful symbol of wealth and status among the tribes. These beads were made in the 1920's on the reservation and sold to the white man. Natural turquoise. Here is a very nice collection of (10) turquoise beads. The surface shows a very nice patina with signs of age. Each bead is unique and different. You will receive 10 beads similar to the beads pictured. Some beads have more turquoise

color than others, some are greener, some are more blue, you will receive an equal mixture of the beads pictured. A fine collection of artifacts for your collection. My father left these artifacts and many many more items to me and I am passing them along to you. I hope my customers will enjoy their purchase.
