This is a brand new lighter that runs on any lighter fluid. (Like Zippo lighter fluid found anywhere). It is a brass bullet style lighter with cap screwed onto the bottom of it. It has an O Ring on the cap as seen in the close up picture. Saves fuel. The flip top feels very solid and closes with a nice quality sounding click. Very high quality for an affordable price.
